October 1 2014 is a very interesting day for Homecoming
week because there is a lot of stuff that goes on. But the day started as a
boring old day because we went to reading and finished the movie The Pact for
our book and studied vocabulary. Then we went off to science and worked on our
project
In English we did a page and wrote about the lunch
time solutions project. Math was the same as usual – doing an assignment and taking
notes. In study hall it was cut short by 15 minutes - not much but I liked it.
Then I went and ate lunch.
Now the fun started! We started decorating the halls
with paper and streamers and every thing you could imagine. Next we had Eagle Olympics;
there was lots of pride and competition between all of the grades organized. Then
we still had to go to football practice; we still had lots of fun in practice.
I was finally glad to go home and relax after all of the yelling and screaming
and practicing hard, but it was a good day to be an Eagle!
